Love is the essence of all things. Love is beyond words. Love is meant to be free.
You cannot change the nature of it and once you know it in its truth you will know one of the most beautiful parts of life.
It is a friendship that has grown into an inferno, a warm embrace on the coldest night. It is the energy that gives children hope. It is the supreme rule of the universe. It is what the Most High gave us selflessly and what we have to give endlessly. Spend your time loving those you cherish. Give strong effort not to waste time on being attached to your constant thoughts while cherishing those you love, use your time here loving freely. You will find attachment to fears and desires of the world to be one of the biggest challenges in life. Overcome them – then you will know what it is to truly live.
When you begin to love from a heightened perspective, when you begin to love without continuous worries or restlessness about losing what you love, when you begin to love freely and unconditionally you are promised a fulfilled life. In no way will this be an easy lesson, but it’s what I always tell you, anything worth having takes work… and true serenity is well worth the work.

Learning to give is one of the biggest lessons in life. Give selflessly first with you your family. Starting there will change you and guide you to see the power of love and experience it as I have with you. From there, a natural evolution of the spirit and the mind will happen – you will learn to love all as we are all waves of the same ocean.
